Translation is a combination of art and science. Great translation must reflect the subtleties and nuances of the source language including tone, connotation, and denotation. In order to accomplish this feat, translators must have a tremendous command of their native language as well as a powerful command of the source language.

All of our translators are native speakers of the language they are translating. We require that our translators have a college degree from their native country. Before they join the company they must pass several rigourous translation tests. In addition, they are required to have prior translation experience and / or to have worked in an industry related to the field they will be translating. The typical profile of a member of our translation team has a university degree from their native country and 10+ years experience as a translator.

The dedicated personnel that begin work on a project continue to work on the project. In this manner, the linguists maintain a working knowledge of the client’s preferences. Individuals chosen to work on a particular project are selected based on their industry background/experience.
